Adopts TOS

You must read and agree to the TOS before being eligible to adopt.

Failure to adhere to the TOS will result in revoked rights to any character(s) and you will be blocked & blacklisted

By agreeing to the TOS you are stating that you have read and understand all the terms.

I reserve the right to refuse sales to any individuals whom are rude, disrespectful or violate any of the TOS

I reserve the right to reuse lines [if not stated otherwise] and repost images of my designs for the purposes of promotion, portfolios, galleries or demos.

Adoptables can be claimed by commenting directly on the post or messaging me directly on the website the adoptable is listed.

All claims are first come first serve

Adopts will be marked accordingly as Open, On Hold, or Closed

Once full payment is complete, you will receive all listed full size files.

Once files are fully paid for and received the design is yours!

Payments can be accept via PayPal invoice, Venmo, or CashApp

Once a bid or request is placed, the character will be held for 2 days before payment is required, if payment is not received the adopt will re-open.

You will receive files once FULL payment is complete

Once files are sent you are NOT eligible for refunds

DO NOT CHARGEBACK you will be blacklisted and blocked

Change the name / gender of the character

make them yours! create a backstory

Request small details or accessories to be added for additional $+

create or procure new original artworks based on the design

You may resell for the original cost or less

you may gift or trade

Claim any of my designs as your own design

Do not alter, erase or remove any of my watermarks or signature

Alter the base design, lines or colors

splicing, tracing, color unpaid for designs or line art is prohibited

Reselling for more than you paid

Reselling, gifting, or trading to someone who has been blacklisted

using my designs for any hateful, harmful or bigoted purposed

absolutely NO NSFW art featuring any of my designs or characters
